What should I bring?

If you’ve never been on a retreat before you might be unsure of what you do need

  • Your passport is valid, with at least 6 months after your return date

  • You’ve got the appropriate visa, or know that you can fill out a visa-on-arrival card on the plane

  • Be sure that your credit or debit card(s) will work in your destination 

  • Your travel insurance will cover you for cancellations, theft, and medical expenses in your destination country 

  • Swimsuit / Sunscreen / Sunglasses / Sunhat / Flip Flops

  • Water Bottle

  • Notebook and Pen

  • Insect repellent

  • Headphone

  • Training shoes / Training Apparel

  • Bring comfortable clothing for yoga sessions and we recommend you bring a long sleeves/pants for morning meditation

  • White casual outfit for last dinner

  • Book / Facial Mask (Things for unwinding )

  • Covered shoulders & knees for a temple visit

  • Toiletries

  • A plug socket adaptor

  • Healthy Snacks – protein bars, dried fruit and nuts are always good to have in your bag for those moments when you need a little boost

  • For most of all our retreats, yoga mats/props/blankets etc. will be provided but feel free to bring your own Yoga Mat.

Do I need to bring extra cash?
Your retreat package covers everything including food, and any scheduled day trip. Most guests find they spend almost nothing during the retreat.  There are however opportunities to visit nearby places. so some extra cash could come handy. Each venue also as an onsite masseuse where you can book treatments at additional cost.
